Hello hello everyone, how are you all? So this week I've been taking part in Polly Noble's 7 days raw introduction and it's been great. I know I've been eating Raw but it's been brilliant having some guidelines, advice and focus on it all. I've really been enjoying eating Raw and I feel great, no bloating of the stomach, more energy within only a few days and just feeling good about myself in general. I really would recommend trying it, I'm not 100% raw, I try to have at least 2 completely raw meals a day - generally breakfast and lunch, and then in the evening I still have raw veg but I tend to add some meat or fish.

I'm not someone who "loves" my body, I'm really bad at looking in the mirror and seeing a huge lump, so the clothes I wear tend to be baggyish and cover any lumps and bumps, but I have taken a step away from the norm, and I've actually purchased a dress that fits my figure and as the lady in the shop said "shows my figure off", which if I'm being honest is the part I'm not sure about because I don't particularly like my figure despite what others tell me. My point here, is that if it wasn't for the fact that I'm being healthier with my food and noticing a difference in A) my figure and B) the energy and positive outlook that I appear to have adopted.

Now eating raw isn't all about losing weight, I have excess weight that I need to lose, it's also about how it helps keep your body protected and how it makes you feel. If you're a carer or supporter of a loved one, then you need to be at your best and take care of yourself as well as your loved one. This is a great way to do just that without too much effort or needing to add another thing into your life that could potentially add stress. Definitely give it a go.

If you would like to embark on the raw food adventure with me then let me know and we can support each other through it, just message me on here or send me an Email.

Well that's it from me for now, just thought I'd do a quick update and let you all know how I'm getting on and hope that you will be inspired to join me and get healthy :-).

Take care and I'll check back in on Saturday for the weigh in day.
