After having done the race I really enjoyed doing the jogging and running and so I'm going to carry on doing it, I didn't think I'd really enjoy it al that much but it was good fun, so my sister and I are going to be getting our trainers on and starting to run, will keep you posted as to how it goes :-).
Now what I would really like to know is how all of you are getting on with your healthy eating and exercise regimes? If you're a carer, have you found it quite easy to eat healthily and are you getting your shopping delivered to your home to save some time for yourself? Also what exercise are you doing if it's not so easy for you to get out and exercise? I recently purchased Zumba for the Wii, so I'm going to give it a go, I'll let you know if it's any good – but I'm told it is very good.
