Hi everyone, please accept my apologies for not having blogged for 2 weeks, if I'm honest I didn't really feel as though I could, as I really haven't been very good with sticking to my healthy diet, so how can I blog and help keep the rest of you on track when I haven't?
But I'm back, and next week is the start of keeping on track with the health kick. My husband went to see a nutritionist recently and has a list of foods that he is allergic to, and has also been given some supplements that he needs to take as his stomach isn't great and needs "repairing", so that has given me even more of a drive to keep on track with being healthy.
So the next few blogs over the next couple of weeks will be about us getting back on track, and also looking at any latest news for carers.
